The system with the ZR5-A central computer offers a cost-optimized and scalable solution for almost any requirement. Up to 18 MUX5-B nodes for different signals can be connected to the ZR5-A central control unit. The typical bus architecture offers complex network connectivity with several generic CANs that can be programmed according to customer requirements. It is also possible to connect different displays, instrument clusters and driver workplace solutions to one ZR5-A.
Systems based on a CBCU5 control unit enable powerful solutions that are optimized for many customer requirements in different vehicles. If further functions are required, the system can be extended by up to four MUX5-B nodes via the multiplex CAN.
In addition, the CBCU5 control unit offers a customer-specific programmable CAN network that enables the connection of other control units or instrumentation solutions such as displays. The result is a scalable and future-proof system.
